what i'm wearing: maxi dress* Alice&You from Stylist Pick // floral head crown Topshop // shoes New Look (old) // rings H&M

Spring '15 has seen a huge rise in the 70s trend which is one of my favourite fashion eras - flares, oversized shades, platforms and maxi dresses.
Maxi dresses have been a favourite item of mine and a constant in my wardrobe for several years now because they are so easy to wear and look chic and trendy. This 70s inspired maxi dress with a pussybow detail was kindly sent to me by StylistPick, an online fashion boutique which stocks some amazing brands like Alice&You, Izabel London, Poppy Lux, Red or Dead and many more.

I love the print of this dress as it's so versatile and can be worn in the summer as well as layered with shearling and chunky socks when the weather gets cold again. The button detail on the front of the dress is really pretty and helps the top half of the maxi dress fit around your figure nicely. I also love the bow which looks really pretty tied up, but also for a more laid back look you can leave it unwrapped.
The dress also has slits down either sides which not only help you cool down on hot days, but also look a little cheeky and sexy!

I styled this dress with a poppy floral head crown from Topshop and multiple rings which I am just loving at the moment, and H&M have a huge selection of them for bargain prices so check them out if you're on the lookout for stackable rings.
