what i'm wearing: dress* £16 George at ASDA
I was really excited when I was contacted by the lovely George at ASDA to write a "Frocky Feb" post in which I got to style some of their latest dresses. I think supermarkets have really upped their game in the fashion stakes recently, with amazing pieces which are not only good quality but are also reasonably priced.
I have decided to pick a few dresses which can take you from day to night and are great pieces to take with you on a weekend away! My first look is this gorgeous causal striped dress - it's made from soft cotton fabric and the skirt of the dress is super soft and light, it looks gorgeous flowing in the wind! It comes with a red belt with a cute little bow on it - it reminds me of Parisian chic style. I can imagine this dress will be in my wardrobe until it starts falling apart at the seams because I love stripes, I love Parisian style and it can take me through pretty much all of the seasons!
what i'm wearing: dress* £10 and bag* £14 George at ASDA
Recently I have been loving vintage style with beehives and red lips and this beautiful fitted dress looks amazing styled in old school glamour. At just £10 this piece fits your figure like a glove, and looks incredible on all shapes and sizes. I have styled this dress with heels for this post because I think it looks amazing as a date night piece, however for a more casual look I will replace the heels with black dolly shoes and do my hair in a less formal messy low bun - bring on the summer BBQs!

As far as dresses go, this piece has stolen my heart. Made from a scuba type fabric, the print and the shape of this flattering dress is just beautiful - it highlights your figure and covers up any bumps you wouldn't necessarily want to highlight. Paired with a classy bowler bag and a pair of monochrome heels, this dress is going to take me from a day at work to a few cocktail, or pair with flats and a cosy card for a casual day out. The dress is mega comfy and will keep you looking glamorous and ready for anything the whole day long!
what i'm wearing: scuba dress* £25 George at ASDA
My final piece is this pencil dress from George at ASDA and this is my new go to party piece. Made from scuba fabric, the dress hugs your figure in all the right places whilst keeping your look classy. I love the floral print which is really in the theme of Spring / Summer, and the best thing is you don't need many accessories because the dress comes with a detachable necklace! I love the look and feel of this dress and it was my choice for this years Valentines Day meal.
The verdict? Supermarkets are a cool place to get your clothes from. Affordable, reliable and stylish - there's not much that can go wrong. All of the dresses I picked for this post have really impressed me and have made me fall in love with the brand - I can't wait to see more pieces emerging from George at ASDA this Spring / Summer!
I think George are great for clothes, I love all the looks especially the 2nd and your shoes in the 3rd!! <3 Xx
