Summer 2015 LookBook: Peplum Stripes with Blue Vanilla

I love the classic Riviera style which has been revived this summer - actually, I'm pretty sure it never went anywhere in the first place because I always see navy stripes in the first couple of pages of Vogue! I love the twist on the classic striped top by adding peplum detail on to it, it kind of refreshes the look and brings an element of femininity to it.

When I think about the Riviera style, I think about staple classic items so it's no surprise that I paired my peplum top with a statement watch and an iconic bag. As a nod to SS15 trends, I added statement earrings - they have been all the rage on the catwalks, and I don't know about you but I love the way statement earrings look however I struggle to keep them on all day!

I have also been loving my white jeans from H&M - although I am cautious about where I wear them to because I'm scared I'll either spill or sit on something and ruin them! White is a hard colour to wear but one of my favourites.

This is the perfect outfit to wear for a day out shopping, or lounging about in a seaside town - my heels from JustFab are super comfy and I could easily spend a day wearing them without the fear of my feet getting hurt.
