Dress vintage (from my mother), boots Topshop, book Black Beauty.

Another dress, you can tell what kind of clothes I wear most in the summer! I absolutely love dresses, so easy to wear and look great with heeled boots! I would wear this outfit to a festival/concert but I'm being very boring this summer and not going to any! To be honest with weather like this, I don't think I'd want to be stuck in a muddy field. Tipi for me please!

My mother gave me this dress some time ago, she was going to get rid of it but I saw it as a treasure. The original dress did have a white shoe lace in place of the black bow I put on myself, as I thought it would then look better with black shoes. I think this dress is so special in its unusual skirt shape and the way it outlines my figure. ♥

The book I decided to drag into the pictures with me is Black Beauty, a childhood favourite. I read the book, watched the film, watched the cartoon and had the T-shirt! This book is something I occasionally pick up to reminisce of the carefree days when all I used to do was climb trees, play with the dogs in the backyard and eat fruits from the neighbors gardens.

I kept my hair slightly messy and my make-up natural because I don't think this dress needs a lot of fuss. It's a free, young and fun dress to wear and that's how I feel in it. Do you have an item of clothing that changes how you feel about yourself?
