70's in the 2013.

Dress Primark// scarf Inherited Grace*// hat from a vintage store// boots Topshop

I was so excited to win a competition held on Twitter, by an amazing vintage brand Inherited Grace, to win a vintage scarf just before Christmas. I think a scarf is the perfect accessory to any outfit, it can really dress up a plain dress or in the case of my outfit the colour clash is what makes me love it.

I added the hat which I found years ago in a vintage store to give it a 70's feel. As much as I love this hat, it has a horrible habit of escaping from my head especially on windy days, so I hardly get a chance to wear it! I find that with a lot of bowler and boat hats too, which is a shame because I love them...

I'm back to my old routine now, nearly, so I will have all my posts up and ready at the times they should be! I had an amazing Christmas, which is a lot more than I can say for my New Years Eve and the start of 2013 unfortunately. I'm very close to losing someone who means everything to me, but I'm going to be a trooper and never give up as long as there is love between two people, and nobody else should matter.

That's my little outfit and life update! Hope you are all settling into post holiday routines and keeping your new years resolutions :)

Keep holding on to the one you love, I think that's the only thing worth living for, loving humanity. But we do it waay too rarely.
