It's now only too appropriate to start getting out your faux furs and shearling to go with chunky knits and autumn leathers. I've been so busy over the last couple of weeks travelling across England for work, and when I finally arrived at home after a hectic week I had a sleepless night because my poor pooch was unwell! We took him to the emergency vet and he's all better, he was being a little drama queen but he got lots of cudddles and a pass to sleep in the bed with us for two nights! Which I probably enjoyed even more than the pooch because I love snuggling him! But that meant another two sleepless nights for me as I was worried he might get poorly again (overprotective mother much!). So all I want to feel now is comfort and warmth and definitely flat shoes. I love faux fur and faux shearling, it's so cozy! I have to say, I was never keen on brown and black together but I think the colours blend really well in this outfit. I am now going to go and cook a mini comfort food feast including spicy chicken wings, roast potatoes and vegetables with lots of herbs and spices!
