Tightsplease Blogger Challenge

Faux leather dress H&M, patterned tights* www.tightsplease.co.uk, shoes and collar Topshop, ring Republic. 

Last month I discovered a website called Tightsplease.co.uk which sells a variety of undergarments from socks to tights, shapewear to lingerie. After a quick look on the website I discovered they hold some of my very liked brands such as Henry Holland, Pretty Polly and Wonderbra. It was from this website I received my patterned Red or Dead tights which have now become a staple for a number of outfits I am planning to wear during the Autumn/Winter seasons. 

The outfit pictures above is my signature cocktail dress shape. The dress is faux leather which is set to be huge in the coming season, from skirts to dresses to jackets, leather is everywhere. This dress is flattering for all shapes and has a sweet, flowing skirt. I love the look of this dress with black opaque tights and it was fun to try the patterned look by adding my Red or Dead Erica tights in black. I added my faux suede platforms, and I really liked the different materials together as I find too much leather is a crime. I then added a pearl collar to add femininity to this outfit, but darkened the mood immediately with a skull ring. This outfit made me feel like a dark, modern Alice looking for Wonderland. 

The patterned tights will be something I try out with the Baroque trend, carry on experimenting with the leather trend and also the purple hues of Autumn for cocktail dresses will really bring the design out.
