My last foundation was mineral based, so it took me a lot to try out a liquid foundation again as I was so used to the freshness of minerals. I decided to try the new Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow liquid foundation by Benefit - it has a very soft, runny texture and glides over the face very easily which is why you need to use a little bit at a time and build the foundation up if you want more coverage. I use the shade "Ivory" as I have very pale skin naturally, this shade is the lightest Benefit do and it gives you a nice, natural glow. The foundation brightens up your skin and illuminates it as well as having SPF 25, great in the summer months. I did find that through the whole day, the foundation does become too shiny towards the end so it's always best to carry around some blotting papers or a powder just to take away the extra oil from the face. I used Benefits Hello Flawless powder cover-up (which also has SPF 15), which can be used on its own as a foundation if you have amazingly clear skin. The powder comes with a brush if you want a light cover up (ie over the liquid foundation) or with a sponge if you want a heavier cover up (if you are using the powder on its own or on a night own). I like the coverage these items give me, it's just enough to keep me going through the day and during the evening I just layer up the powder and finish with a stroke of bronzer, taa-daa!
